The Three-Bedroom Darling Suite features a spacious living area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. Clean, well-maintained furniture adds to the inviting atmosphere, making it feel like home.
Additionally, I had to move furniture around just to find a misplaced ring, revealing a pretty dirty floor underneath. The suite door could use a slow-close mechanism since it bangs loudly when closed, which can be disruptive.

I loved the location near Darling Harbour. Walking to nearby cafes and shops was easy. The bed felt luxurious, so comfortable for a good night's sleep. The suite had plenty of space, and the décor felt upscale yet homey. However, I faced issues. Shower pressure was low, which made rinsing off a bit frustrating. Cleanliness wasn't up to par in some areas. I noticed dusty spots in the bathroom and a few flies. Initial check-in felt rushed with an abrupt staff member. Getting help with luggage would have been appreciated, especially with multiple bags. Internet access dropped out on days three and four of my stay, affecting my plans. Despite discomforts, the decent amenities made my trip more enjoyable.

Amazing location and spacious suites
We enjoyed our stay in a spacious Studio Luxury Suite with a well-equipped kitchenette and a fantastic view. The room was comfortable and the staff provided exceptional service, especially during check-in. The proximity to Darling Harbour and local attractions made our trip even better. One thing to improve would be providing more complimentary items in the room, such as bottled water.

Had a spacious suite with a lovely kitchen—perfect for late-night snacks. Wi-Fi was decent, and the lifts were faster than my gran when she spots a discount! The location? Just a hop to Darling Harbour!
However, if you like hot showers, good luck! We literally had to shout at the faucet like it was going to listen!
